Nepoznate bitke Domovinskog rata (Unknown Battles of the Homeland War) is a three-part HRT documentary series that reconstructs six lesser-known but strategically crucial military operations from the early days of the Croatian Homeland War. Through powerful archival footage, veteran testimonies and expert analysis, the series reveals how small, determined actions by Croatian defenders changed the course of the war and strengthened national morale against overwhelming odds.
I served as location sound recordist, editor and color grader. From capturing clear, emotional interviews and authentic wartime environments to shaping the final editing rhythm and cinematic color grading, I helped bring factual clarity, historical respect and broadcast-ready quality to the series.
Naturalistic sound design with crystal-clear dialogue and rich environmental layers from the locations, paired with respectful cinematic grading that restores archival footage while adding depth, warmth and emotional weight to testimonies and narrative sequences.
