Povratak Životinjama is a 12-episode documentary series (2024) produced by More-Magnets for HRT. The series explores Croatia's indigenous and protected domestic animal breeds - from the Hrvatica chicken and Buša cow to the Međimurski horse and Turopoljska pig - revealing their deep economic, social, natural and cultural importance, the threats they faced for centuries, and the dedicated individuals fighting to preserve them for future generations.
I served as color grader and post-production finaliser for the entire 12-episode series. I shaped the final visual identity by enhancing natural palettes, restoring footage, ensuring perfect continuity across episodes and delivering cinematic warmth and broadcast-ready polish.
Warm, naturalistic grading with rich earthy tones, golden sunlight and soft contrast - preserving the authentic textures of fur, feathers, traditional Croatian landscapes and heritage while adding emotional depth and modern visual impact.
