Irena Vrkljan - Samo knjige, albumi i plehnata kutija is a 50-minute intimate documentary portrait (2011) directed by Davor Šarić. Through personal memories, literary reflections and the guiding voice of prof. Helena Sablić Tomić, the film explores the life and inner world of one of Croatia's most important writers, Irena Vrkljan.
I served as editor and post-production supervisor. I shaped the narrative rhythm, emotional flow, created the final structure, and handled the complete post-production process including color correction to bring warmth, intimacy and cinematic quality to this poetic portrait of the writer.
Color approach: Warm, intimate and poetic grading with soft contrast and natural tones that respect the literary and personal nature of the story while adding emotional depth and visual harmony.
